Called in just to check on status of a tow truck because my wife and kids were leaving our vehicle and I was the one now waiting. Originally they were given a 90 minute wait time and I was calling right about the time of estimated arrival. Candy let me know that there was still about another 90 minute wait time. When I questioned as to why she sounded to have an attitude and I just mentioned that I was curious and the attitude wasn't needed. She responded by saying that she did not have one and I suggested that it was her tone and I apologized. She remarked that maybe it was mine that was the issue. Rude and very unprofessional in my opinion. Would not recommend a company with her as an employee.
Their driver DROPPED MY CAR OFF A TOW TRUCK THAT IT WAS NOT EVEN SUPPOSE TO BE ON. My SUV is an AWD vehicle AND can ONLY BE TOWED ON A FLATBED UNLESS YOU HAVE THE PROPER ATTACHMENT (which the driver did not have), so had he not dropped my car off the lift, the car would have been destroyed. Moreover, when I picked my car up from their shop from letting to "fix" the damages THEY CAUSED, it was covered in black smudges (which I have witnesses who will attest to the car's condition on the day and time of drop off, that it was in immaculate condition. Additionally, the front and back floor board on the right side of the car was soaked in oil, along with purple ink on my back floor board carpet. I just bought the car. It was in immaculate condition at the time of drop off at their facility, (minus the dent they had to fix from their driver's inability to determine proper towing procedure, which left a dent in the back bumper.) I can afford to fix the damages they caused, but when I called to speak to the owner, CANDY, the rude, disrespectful, front desk lady, told me that she would not allow me to speak to him and that they had done "ENOUGH FOR MY SITUATION"!!!!!! Hello, YOUR DRIVER DROPPED MY CAR. There was not a situation until your driver caused one, and then, I leave my car with them for less than a day, and I pick it up with black smudges, oil soaked carpet, and purple dye in the back seat. If you value your possessions, I would HIGHLY SUGGEST NOT USING THIS COMPANY. Candy is without a doubt the most disrespectful human I have ever come across, and to insinuate that this "situation" was in any way my fault, is utterly ridiculous. She has blocked me after I left a review on FB (how professional), so I am hopeful others will see this, so that their possessions are not destroyed like mine was. I have pictures for proof, as well as proof of her blocking me, if anyone would like to email me personally. Please do your research, everyone, no one should ever be treated this way by a place of business.

Always Honest good or bad. Which is a rarity with people today. Reasonable rates. I am a repeat customer and have always benefited by going to Roger.
This is based solely on the rude cow that runs the place and the fact they have unfenced unsecured vehicle storage. They are scumy rotation operators who gauge people that are unlucky enough to have them tow your vehicle. These people lie with the easiness of politicians are purposely difficult untrustworthy as snakes. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from R&S as possible. Just driving by the place makes me feel dirty.
